This is an informational service for our staff — not a marketing program, and messages are never sent to clients or the general public.

How Staff Opt In

Verite Counseling uses an automated SMS text messaging service to notify staff members when a client has checked in at our front desk kiosk. Enrollment is entirely voluntary and requires each staff member's own explicit, affirmative action — completing and signing the opt-in form linked above. No one is enrolled automatically, and consent is never assumed or pre-selected on anyone's behalf. Consent is not a condition of employment.

What You're Agreeing To

Once opted in, you will receive one automated text message each time a client checks in for an appointment with you. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on scheduled appointments — typically fewer than 7 messages per business day for a full client caseload.

How to Cancel

Reply STOP to any message at any time to immediately stop receiving further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us directly using the information below.
