As an experienced counselor, I am dedicated to supporting individuals through their unique journeys toward healing and self-discovery. I use body-based approaches to help process trauma and other life experiences that talk therapy alone sometimes can't reach. Offering a holistic and integrative approach to therapy that addresses the mind, body, and spirit.
