When grief, anxiety, painful life experiences, or questions about identity and spirituality leaves you feeling disconnected from yourself, counseling can provide a place to slow down and begin connecting with the parts of yourself that have been difficult to understand or reach.
As an experienced counselor, I support individuals as they navigate healing, self-discovery, and meaningful life transitions. I use holistic and integrative approaches that consider the mind, body, and spirit, including somatic-based interventions that can help process trauma and other experiences that talk therapy alone may not fully access.

I combine thoughtful exploration with evidence-based practices to help you better understand your emotional experiences, develop greater self-trust, and create meaningful and lasting change.
My primary areas of focus include grief, spiritual exploration, depression, and anxiety. Together, we will identify what matters most to you and work toward greater connection, healing, and alignment in your life.
