Many people understand their painful life experiences intellectually and emotionally, yet still struggle with the lasting impact those experiences have had on their sense of self-worth. Both major and subtle events can shape the beliefs we hold about ourselves, often without our awareness.
People who explore their attachment style often ask how real change happens. This program offers a clear, step-by-step path toward secure attachment and healthy self-worth. By addressing unresolved past experiences, participants learn to relate to themselves and others in new, life-giving ways—free to show up as the partner, friend, professional, and person they want to be.
This program is designed for individuals seeking to strengthen self-worth or develop secure attachment. In a small-group setting, participants identify the core beliefs or “lies” they’ve internalized—such as “I’m not good enough”—and learn how to replace them with truth. The focus then shifts to building and sustaining a life rooted in healthy self-worth.
Group will include 6–8 participants, and men and women are welcome. This experience will be offered as an intensive weekend retreat, allowing focused time for deep reflection and meaningful healing.
Participants consistently demonstrate clinically significant improvements in self-worth by the completion of the program.
