I am a trauma informed Licensed Professional Counselor candidate with a background in education and experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples.

My approach to counseling is holistic, practical, and grounded in the belief that all people are capable of growth and transformation, even in the toughest times. I use evidence-based practices that are chosen based on your unique needs. My role is to support you in reaching goals that align with your personal values. If you would like to incorporate faith into our work together, I am happy to integrate these principles as well.
