I am a Counseling Intern currently pursuing a Master of Science in Counseling at Mid-America Christian University. My passion for counseling comes from my own life experiences, which taught me how powerful it can be to have someone truly listen and walk alongside you through life's challenges. That is the kind of space I aim to create, one where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to heal.
I have a particular passion for working with individuals who have experienced trauma. Together, we will explore its impact and work toward resilience and growth. My counseling style is collaborative and centered on your unique story, with a strong focus on building safety, trust, and respect throughout our time together.
I have a heart for working with individuals who have experienced trauma. Together, we will work to make sense of its impact and explore new paths toward resilience and growth. My counseling style is collaborative and centered on your unique story, with a strong focus on creating safety, trust, and respect throughout our time together.
In our sessions, you can expect compassion, openness, and a nonjudgmental approach. I draw from trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral strategies to meet your unique needs and support your goals. My hope is to help you uncover your strengths and move forward with confidence and hope.
It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you take steps toward healing and creating a life that is meaningful to you.
