Claire Cooper
Candidate for Licensed Professional Counselor
As an LPC Candidate, I am passionate about creating a supportive and compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, and valued. I believe counseling is a meaningful and collaborative process that allows individuals to explore their experiences, strengthen self-awareness and move toward healing and growth.
I work with clients navigating a variety of concerns, including grief, attachment and relationship challenges, women’s issues, identity exploration, life transitions, anxiety and emotional regulation. My approach is person-centered and grounded in empathy and respect for each client’s unique story and experiences, while also drawing from evidence-based practices.
I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable expressing yourself openly. Building a trusting therapeutic relationship is deeply important to me and I will aim to support you in developing resilience, confidence, insight and healthier connections with yourself and others. I am honored to walk alongside my clients as they navigate life’s challenges and personal growth.
