I offer therapy to adolescents, adults and couples with a wide range of difficulties and concerns, including: anxiety, depression/low mood, relational issues, life transitions. 

In our sessions, I will provide you with a non-judgemental and open space. I adapt my therapeutic approach to meet your individual needs, drawing on Relational Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and systemically-informed approaches. I am always guided by you in choosing how we work on reaching your therapy goals.

Fee: $150 per session
