Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, even when we know it might help. My goal in this brief bio is to ease that uncertainty by giving you a sense of what to expect if we work together.
As someone who grew up in the digital age, I understand the unique challenges many people face today—anxiety, depression, identity struggles, addiction, and disconnection, to name a few. You’re not alone. While therapy isn’t a quick fix, it can be a powerful space for change. My role isn’t to fix you, but to help you discover the tools and insights to move forward on your own terms.
I work collaboratively with clients to create a warm, compassionate environment where we can explore your goals, deepen your self-understanding, and build a life that feels meaningful to you.
I specialize in working with men, from late adolescence through adulthood, on a range of issues including:
Masculinity and identity
Confidence and self-esteem
Relationships and connection
Internet and media use
Pornography use and recovery
Fatherhood and life transitions
As a graduate intern under supervision, I bring fresh perspectives, evidence-based training, and a deep commitment to helping you grow. I look forward to the opportunity to work together.
Fee: $50 per session
Intern does not file claims or provide documentation for insurance.
