My specific areas of special interest are working clients experiencing grief, women's issues, spiritual exploration, depression and anxiety.
With more than 12 years of counseling experience, I incorporate my expertise in a broad range of treatment approaches (such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT, IFS, EMDR, mindfulness, solution-focused techniques) depending on your specific goals and what might work best for you.
In addition to working with clients, I provide internship and candidacy supervision for graduate students and new counselors.
I work with clients 17 years of age and older.
