I want clients to experience therapy with safety and healing. Together, we will work to increase personal insight, restore balance, improve relationships, and increase motivation. I hope to create an environment of authenticity, warmth, and empathy for clients. I work with individual adults and adolescents, couples, and families. I recognize every individual is influenced by their family system. I am passionate about assisting couples and family members to thrive in their environment. My favorite part of therapy is walking alongside clients.

I am specialized in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy. Through these specialties, I am able to offer effective and data-validated approaches to therapy and counseling to all clients. I am able to balance various client perspectives through systemic couple and family therapy. It is privilege to work with people.
