My desire is to create a counseling relationship built on trust, hope, and safety where those across from me feel accepted and challenged to grow in new and meaningful ways. My goal is to offer an environment where clients feel free to express their most authentic self. I consider it a great privilege to walk with people through their challenges, hurts, and fears, by helping them experience healing and wholeness. I see counseling as an opportunity to help people cope with life’s challenges, diminish suffering, and experience increased purpose, joy, and self-awareness.

I enjoy working with clients of all ages but specifically with teenagers and young adults with various issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, and complicated peer and family relationships. I tailor my approach with clients based on the specific strengths and goals of the client, so that each person experiences person-centered and evidence-based therapy that is a good fit for them.
