Life is not always easy, yet finding a space to openly address this, free from judgement, is difficult. My goal is to offer a secure environment where clients feel free to express themselves authentically and fully. At the core of my practice lies the nurturing of acceptance while gently challenging negative core beliefs and thought patterns. Recognizing each client's unique viewpoint is crucial, as our life experiences shape who we are.
I work with both adults and adolescents facing diverse challenges. Using a client-centered approach, I have been trained in various evidence-based techniques, such as EMDR, IFS, and CBT. My expertise spans spiritual trauma, attachment wounds, codependency, women’s issues, as well as anxiety and depression.
