Hello, I'm Autumn, a dedicated and empathetic social worker currently on the path to licensure as a Master of Social Work (LMSW). With a passion for helping others navigate life's challenges, I specialize in working with both children and adults who have faced adversity, particularly those who have grown up in dysfunctional families.
As an LMSW candidate, my goal is to provide a safe and nurturing space for individuals to explore and understand the impact of their past on their present lives. I have a particular focus on those coping with the aftermath of challenging childhoods.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in an attachment-based perspective, allowing for a deep exploration and processing of early life experiences.
