Andrew Lee, Graduate Intern

Everyone should have someone they can rely on to help navigate their emotions, thoughts, and changes in their behavior. What we do can be heavily impacted by the slippery slope of our thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and the patterns of interaction between these. If you are looking for a counselor that will help you identify these patterns, assess how to appropriately change any wanted or unwanted thoughts and behaviors, and help process through difficult emotions and life transitions, I would love the opportunity to work alongside you in your counseling journey.

As a graduate student anticipating completion of the University of Central Oklahoma’s Master of arts in Counseling and Master of Science in Behavioral Analysis in May of 2024. I am up to date on the leading evidence-based treatments for issues such as depression, grief, self-harm, and suicide prevention. I offer a comfortable, informative, and empathetic approach to therapy, with meeting the client where they are and facilitating what they need in the moment as being my first priority of treatment.

Depending on your specific goals and what works best for you, I utilize a broad range of treatment approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, written/narrative processing and exposure, mindfulness, and functional analysis.

Fee: $50
